Its purpose is to improve your ownership experience by facilitating communications between resort management and owners and by simplifying many tasks by providing you with the option of doing them online. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be conducting deck repairs and paving on the Sagamore Bridge through the fall of 2009 as weather permits. Please be aware that travel delays will occur during peak travel periods each day. We advise you to plan accordingly, including using the Bourne Bridge or visiting SmartGuide.org for car-free alternatives. For travel updates from the Mass Highway Department, call 511 from your cell phone.
This is an important message from your Board of Trustees at the Edgewater Beach Resort.

Please be advised that there is a change in the date and location for the Edgewater Owner's annual meeting. The owner meeting that was scheduled for April 3rd is CANCELLED. In lieu of an annual meeting, there will be a special meeting for all owners, on Saturday May 1 at 10am. The meeting will be held at the Wixon School on Route 134 in South Dennis. You will be receiving a mailing which will remind you of this meeting and location change and include a ballot for the upcoming election. Please cast your vote. The results will be announced at the Special Meeting on May 1st.
