With the beginning of Four Seasons Investment Company in 1964 and its subsequent merger into Vacation Resorts International, VRI has continually been under the guiding hand of its founder, Roy I. Fraser.

As Chairman/CEO, Mr. Fraser has directed VRI's impressive growth to include over 140 associations in 26 states, along with Mexico and Canada, making it the largest independent Timeshare Management Company in the industry.

When Vacation Resorts International opened its doors, the vacation ownership concept was in its infancy; today, VRI proudly stands as an industry leader.

One of VRI's success secrets lies with the team spirit of its professional management staff.
